Caroline, Chief Marketing Officer at Gemmyo since 2024, embodies a career that is structured, creative, and inspiring.
Influenced by her parents’ Asian culture, she grew up in an environment where success is visible — notably through jewelry — while also valuing discretion and emotional restraint.
She built her career within globally renowned fashion houses (Printemps, Sandro, The Kooples…), guided by inspiring mentors, and progressed into strategic roles combining communication, digital, trade marketing, and storytelling.
For the past year, she has been part of the Gemmyo journey, overseeing communication, content creation, and product marketing to design jewelry imbued with meaning and emotion, celebrating life’s most memorable moments.
A mother of two daughters of mixed heritage, she is particularly sensitive to issues of diversity and inclusion. Her message: be yourself, trust your instincts, nurture your network, and don’t wait for perfection to move forward.
