Training and raising awareness is essential to ensure the success of your commitment to professional equality. To this end, we have grouped our workshops and conferences into two categories. The first set is dedicated solely to women, and aims to work on what have been identified as obstacles to women’s careers (visibility, self-confidence, work-life balance). The second set is aimed at all your company’s stakeholders, to raise their awareness and enable them to take action.
