This sentence gave me a lot of courage at the beginning of the adventure. What am I risking? Not being able to do it?
There are worse things, no! I don’t want to live with the frustration of not having given everything to get there. After 2 years at By Terry and 2 and a half years at Make Up For Ever, I wanted to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure.
“Start with why” is one of the first TED videos I saw and certainly one of the most inspiring.
So I built my brand with this sentence in mind. ANJA Paris is above all about escaping all year round.
My paternal grandmother drew divinely well and my mother is a sculptor. It is thanks to them that I learned to draw. I am neither a stylist nor a model maker but I design the swimwear myself. I test my prototypes as a woman and as a customer to keep an objective and critical eye.
The 5 pillars of femininity
I worked on my logo with an architect who is passionate about drawing. I wanted a feminine brand with character. An elegant, soft, charming and sensual femininity but with a touch of character and joie de vivre. These are the 5 founding pillars of ANJA Paris.
The life of an entrepreneur
It’s important to me that you know that the days are not all easy, that there are ups (beautiful press releases, your proof of love and commitment to the brand), and downs (production delays, cash-flow stress, swimsuit photo shoots in the rain). But we are experiencing exciting moments thanks to you.
